JPO to Revise Official Fee Schedule as of April 1, 2016

The Japan Patent Office will adopt a new fee schedule for patent and trademark matters. The new official fees, which will come into effect on April 1, 2016, will reduce a number of fees, including the official fees for filing a patent application and registering and renewing a trademark registration, by 10 to 20％.
